HCS provides classification services for seagoing vessels in accordance with its Classification Rules and recognized international technical standards.
Scope includes:

Statutory Authorization – General Scope
HCS Class is fully authorized by the respective Flag Administrations to perform statutory surveys, inspections and issue statutory certificates in accordance with applicable international conventions and regulations adopted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
