Survey Requests
Prepare a structured email or WhatsApp attendance enquiry.
The form creates a request reference and prepares a message containing vessel, Flag, port, ETA and service details. It does not automatically send a message or confirm a booking: send it through the displayed email or WhatsApp route.
Digital Reports
Request controlled survey reports from HCS Head Office.
Reports, photographs and supporting technical evidence are supplied to authorized recipients according to the vessel file and applicable access restrictions. An automated online report-upload or report-download service is not represented as available.

Quote vessel name, IMO number, the document or record required and your capacity as owner, manager, authority or other authorized recipient. Access and release are determined by HCS; public verification does not provide internal administration access.
